Cargill acquiring ADM chocolate business

CARGILL recently announced that it is adding to the company's existing chocolate business portfolio with the $440 million purchase of Archer Daniels Midland Co.'s (ADM) global chocolate business.

"This acquisition is a major milestone in Cargill's chocolate growth strategy and will help us better serve our customers in North America and Europe," said Bryan Wurscher, president of Cargill Cocoa and Chocolate North America.
