BIVI picks Georgia for North American, U.S. HQ

St. Joseph to remain one of largest U.S. sites and a critical part of company's new integrated business.

Boehringer Ingelheim Vetmedica Inc. (BIVI) announced Nov. 15 that, as part of its integration planning with Sanofi’s animal health business (Merial), the company will locate its North American and U.S. Animal Health headquarters in Duluth, Ga., upon the closing of the Boehringer Ingelheim asset swap transaction with Sanofi that was signed in June 2016.
