DESPITE challenges in its beef segment, Tyson Foods posted a year-over-year increase of 31.9% for its third quarter to $343 million (Table). Quarterly revenue was $10.071 billion, up from $9.682 billion during the same quarter in 2014 but below analysts' expectations of $10.2 million.
Nonetheless, the results were attributed to strong performance in the company's Prepared Foods
