Bachoco buys breeding assets in Georgia

INDUSTRIAS Bachoco S.A.B. de C.V., a leading producer and processor of poultry and other food products based in Celaya, Mexico, announced that it has reached an agreement to acquire the breeding assets of Morris Hatchery Inc. in the state of Georgia.

In 2013, Bachoco acquired Morris Hatchery's breeding assets in Arkansas.
