AVIAGEN, a leading poultry breeding company, announced that it has completed a $9.5 million expansion of its hatchery in Sallisaw, Okla.
The expansion makes the Sallisaw hatchery the largest in Aviagen's U.S. system, increasing the facility's performance by 50% and its workforce by 20%, the announcement said.
