Reconciliation package does not include instructions to decrease agriculture spending, but final version does lower the baseline.

On Thursday, the House took final action on the fiscal 2018 Budget Resolution. With this action, it paves the way for tax reform to move through the House and Senate with simple majority votes and provides reconciliation instructions to the Senate Finance Committee and House Ways & Means Committee for $1.5 trillion in revenue reductions for the purpose of comprehensive tax reform.
