Saskatchewan to develop $4.47m livestock, forage research center

Livestock & Forage Center of Excellence will unite all areas of livestock and forage research under a single complex of field laboratories and science labs.

The Saskatchewan Cattlemen’s Assn. (SCA) is partnering with the University of Saskatchewan and other stakeholder groups to build the Livestock & Forage Center of Excellence (LFCE) near Saskatoon, Sask., with the support of a $4.47 million (Canadian) investment from the government of Canada.
