UPDATE: 'Backroom deal' changes biofuel point of obligation

Reports indicate White House denies "rumors" that RFA and Trump adviser Carl Icahn reach a deal.

In a swirl of confusion over whether the administration plans to move forward on changing the point of obligation under the Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS), reports indicated late in the day Tuesday that "no executive order is imminent."
