Trump nominates Scalia-worthy Supreme Court replacement

Judge Neil Gorsuch gets high marks from Farm Bureau, NCBA for defending Constitution, not "blindly" deferring to regulating agencies and advocating for private property rights.

President Donald Trump nominated Judge Neil Gorsuch of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit to the Supreme Court. If confirmed, he will assume the seat last occupied by Justice Antonin Scalia.

Trump made his potential nominees to the bench as far back as May 2016. In September, he added 10 more names, providing a final list of 21 candidates.
