Secretary Perdue visits Mexico

NAFTA discussions need to address inequalities in fruit and vegetable sector, but “do no harm” mantra continues to be the focus.

Secretary of Agriculture Sonny Perdue was in Mexico Thursday and Friday to continue laying the groundwork with his counterpart, Mexico's Secretary of Agriculture José Calzada Rovirosa, ahead of the anticipated North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) negotiations to take place next month.
