Kemin acquires unique beta-glucan technology

Beta-glucan technology acquisition expands Kemin's gut health portfolio for animals and human nutrition.

Kemin Industries, a global nutritional ingredient company that uses science to create solutions and products, announced March 28 that it has acquired unique beta-glucan manufacturing technology from Algal Scientific, a company with headquarters in Plymouth, Mich.
