There’s a new grocer in town, and they’ve made it clear they are serious. Germany’s Lidl , the largest retailer in Europe and one of the largest in the world, established its U.S. headquarters in Arlington, Va., back in June 2015, but it is now making its move to open stores, the first of which will occur on June 15.
Promising to shake things up, a company executive said this week its products would be up to 50% cheaper than competitors, including key players Walmart
