Agricultural groups see repeal as important step in enhancing water rule to offer greater certainty and clarity for farmers.

On Tuesday, Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Scott Pruitt proposed a rule to rescind the Clean Water Rule and re-codify the regulatory text that existed prior to 2015 defining "waters of the U.S." (WOTUS).
