Google executive discusses how technology is influencing consumer food trends.

Marketing has changed drastically in a very short amount of time, the result of a digital revolution, according to Steve Lerch, account executive for Google who has been working with agricultural marketing groups like the National Pork Board, National Cattlemen’s Beef Assn., American Egg Board and Milk Processors Education Program to understand consumer behavior and find the most effective ways to reach target audiences.
