The Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) and the Pesticide Action Network (PAN) are unhappy with the Environmental Protection Agency's recent decision to allow the continued use of chlorpyrifos. In litigation filed Wednesday, the groups claim that EPA is “seeking to evade a federal court order by refusing to proceed with its proposed ban of chlorpyrifos,” a pesticide they say is linked to learning disabilities in children.
