LIVESTOCK MARKETS: Red meat exports maintain strong momentum

May performance significantly higher than previous month and year.

U.S. pork and beef exports posted strong performances in May that were up significantly from the previous month and from year-ago levels, according to statistics released by the U.S. Department of Agriculture and compiled by the U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF).
