China beef deal gives U.S. edge over competitors

Arrangement allows access for more of carcass than competitors import.

Despite being more stringent in some areas, requirements finalized this week for shipping beef to China will give the U.S. beef industry an edge over competitors, according to the U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF).
